I was appalled by the mold issues in my room. The AC leaked all over my belongings, ruining some clothes. The water quality was alarming, with brown water appearing unexpectedly. I could hear every noise from my neighbors, making it impossible to relax.

The relaxing ambiance was complemented by the refreshing outdoor swimming pool—perfect for a post-adventure dip. Plus, the location was spot on, just a quick drive from events happening at the Smart Financial Center!

Plus, the convenience of Ihop is just a hop, skip, and jump away for breakfast cravings. The front desk staff? Super friendly and always ready to help, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

Caught a Sugar Land Skeeters game, which was a lot of fun. The hotel's comfy beds were a plus for relaxing after a long day. Just note they had some minor maintenance issues, but nothing to ruin our experience! Would definitely recommend for a group trip!
